All YLE/Papo! Merch are shipped in economically safe (and reusable!) boxes and envelopes that both ensure the safety of the beloved items you are receiving, but the safety and longevity of the planet we all exist on!


All YLE/Papo! Merch available to our American customers are hand-packed by our team and shipped through USPS Flat Rate within 1-3 business days of the original order date. Tracking for orders will be automatically be sent via email but if you have further questions or didn't receive yours feel free to email our team at younglordshaus@gmail.com and we'll have one sent to you within 24 hours.


All YLE/Papo! Merch available to our International customers are hand-packed by our team and shipped through DHL within 3-6 business days of the original order date. If you have any requests for your order in regards to the shipping that couldn't be placed within the original order, send us an email explaining your situation and include the following information:

Your Name, Address, and Email Address.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return your item, please make note of our “no hassle” 30-day return policy:


If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.
If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.
If we shipped you the wrong item(s), we’ll take it back and replace it.
If you have used the item and decided you no longer like it, you can return it within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee (from the original purchase price) plus shipping fees.
For all other returns the product must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories.


All return requests must be made within 45 days of the date you received the item. Send us an email explaining the problem and include the following information:

Why you want to return the item, including photos or video of the problem
Your Order iD
Your Name, Address, and Email Address.


Once you are approved for an RMA, we’ll send you an RMA number, return shipping label and detailed return shipping instructions (if you purchased the item by mistake or decide you no longer want the item, you may be responsible for the original and return shipping costs). When we have received the item and verified the contents, we’ll issue the refund via the original payment method or as a store credit.
